“I started training with Lee in January 2017 as a complete beginner with a lot of weight to lose. I was new to weightlifting/training and also needed to learn a lot about nutrition (I didn’t realise how much I didn’t know). Everything is tailored to the individual, to start with the basics in order to learn the correct form for each warmup and exercise to then progress upwards.
It is an investment and takes commitment but the results are there. By using a PT it takes the thought out of the process as you don’t need to worry about what you should and shouldn’t be focusing on. I needed to prioritise my meal preparation and make time to plan for the week each week.
I have been working with Lee since the start and have dropped nearly 10 inches off the hips and waist and also down over 2 stone. Energy levels have increased dramatically as well as other health benefits.
Working with Lee meant continuing to tailor the meal suggestions and targets to get results as well as changing up the training plans so it remains interesting and continues to challenge me. One big difference was that Lee had continued to self educate throughout our time working together and he always brought that knowledge back to keep improving my results. Lee is friendly and knowledgeable, is clearly passionate about what he does, and works really hard to find an approach that is sustainable and enjoyable for each client”.
